Who will be at BEYOND with me?
Talented church leaders from 18+ states and 6+ denominations.
Is there parking?
Yes! There is free on site parking at the church.
Is there WIFI?
Yes.  Access to WFI is provided at The Gathering - McCausland, and in other public spaces.

How do I register / check-in for the conference?
Follow the signs for check-in, and let us know you’re here. As you make your way into the building, grab a cup of coffee, check out our partners and sponsors, and enjoy some fun surprises…including a gift from us!
What if I need to talk to someone or want some time to myself?
No problem, we have a few open rooms for business needs and then we have our “Retreat” room all set up for you to rest and reset as needed throughout the conference.
What is the plan for meals & snacks?
Complimentary light snacks will be provided throughout both days of the conference.

A complete lunch is also included both days.

Dinner is on your own all days.

Complimentary coffee, tea, and water will be provided throughout the conference, and drinks are included with lunch both days. A drinking fountain and water bottle filler are located near the primary restrooms.
What if I have dietary needs?
Meal options to accommodate various dietary restrictions will also be provided both days. Just ask a volunteer about alternate options as you approach the serving line. If you forgot to mention them in your registration contact Samantha Smith - samantha.smith@gatheringnow.org
Is the venue accessible?
The conference venue is wheelchair accessible. Single-use and non-gendered restrooms are available for use at The Gathering - McCausland.
What can I do between sessions?
The Photo Bus will in be on site throughout the conference providing multiple photo opportunities, both printed and digital.

Other surprises await you, offering additional fun and whimsy as a primer for imagination.
